We provide free estimates and quote a flat-rate price in writing before work begins. Prices are based on the information available at the time and the scope you approve; if conditions change once work is underway (for example, hidden damage is uncovered), we will discuss any change with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Emergency service is offered 24/7 subject to availability.
We perform our work in a professional, workmanlike manner and stand behind it. Any warranty on labor or parts is as stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are provided by the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Pro Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California law or the California Contractors State License Board.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. All content, branding, and design on this site are the property of New Pro Plumbing and may not be copied or reused without permission. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.
